Entitled Jam Sessions. Laboratori sulla conservazione alimentare, (Workshops on food preservation), the project consists of a real kitchen where chefs, celebrities from the world of design and culture and the public come together to make preserves and jams, telling stories about their experiences of life and gastronomy. The project involves participants in a cooperative production process, using only organic lemons and oranges in season, all leading to the creation of a variety of conserves in glass jars: jams, jellies, chutney, lemon salt, candied peel, salt and flavored schnapps. At the end of the preparation, participants can take home jars of products, provided they leave one in the cupboard of Valcucine. The collected jars, each signed by their author, will then be put on display within the spaces of Expo Gate.
